02 — What we collect
Only what your CV actually needs.
When you sign up we store your email (for sign-in), your full name (for the CV byline), and the four profile fields that calibrate AI translation: pronouns, career stage, industry, and primary language. None of these are shared with third parties.
Your CV content — every field you type in the editor — is stored in our Firebase Realtime Database so it follows you across devices. It's tied to your account and only you can read it.
03 — AI translation
Your CV text goes to Anthropic when you translate.
When you run translation, the source-language fields of your CV are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic doesn't train on customer API inputs, but they retain them for up to 30 days for trust-and-safety review per their data policy.
We don't send Anthropic your email, phone number, or any sign-in credentials — just the CV body text.
04 — What we don't track
No analytics, no third-party cookies.
We don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site tracker. The site sets a Firebase auth cookie so you stay signed in, and local browser storage holds your CV between page loads. That's it.
05 — Payments
Card data never touches our servers.
When real payments go live, checkout will run through a PCI-compliant processor (likely Lemon Squeezy or a regional alternative). We receive only a token + the fact that a transaction succeeded. Your card number is never visible to us.
06 — Deletion
You can wipe your account anytime.
Email hello@getseertak.com from your registered address and we'll delete your profile, your CV, and your subscription record within 72 hours. We keep one anonymized record of the deletion for our compliance log — no CV content, just the date.
